  • Identity information — your name and, if you choose to provide them, your date of birth and Social Security number. Providing your date of birth and Social Security number is optional, although providing them may help Finance Partners process your application more quickly.
  • Contact information — your phone number, email address, and residential address.
  • Financial and housing information — your housing type, monthly housing payment, and monthly income.
  • Employment information — your employer, job title, employment type, length of employment, and employment income.
  • Vehicle information — the year, make, model, and mileage of the vehicle you are seeking to finance.
  • Appointment and communication preferences — requested appointment dates and times, and any promotional or offer codes you enter.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you browse the website, such as session identifiers stored in cookies, your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. You can browse our website without providing any personal information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and evaluate your vehicle financing application;
  • Verify your identity, as required by federal law for financial transactions;
  • Connect you with participating lenders, financial institutions, and dealers who may be able to finance your vehicle purchase;
  • Obtain your credit report, where you have expressly authorized us to do so;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments you request;
  • Communicate with you about your application, including by phone, email, and (with your consent) text message;
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, audits, and court orders; and
  • Maintain, improve, and secure our website and Services.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as described below:

  • Finance partners. With your consent, given when you submit your application, we share your application information with participating lenders, financial institutions, credit unions, and dealers ("Finance Partners") for the purpose of processing your financing request. Finance Partners are authorized to verify the information in your application, which may include obtaining credit reports and contacting your employer.
  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as customer relationship management, website hosting, and communications delivery (including our text messaging provider). These providers may use your information only to perform services for us, such as customer service and support, and may not use it for their own purposes.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required to do so by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Alliance, our customers, or others.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, we may send you text messages regarding your application, appointment reminders, and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get assistance by replying HELP or contacting us using the information below.

No mobile opt-in information, phone numbers collected for SMS consent, or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will be shared with or sold to any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted only for the purpose of delivering those messages on our behalf. All other categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude mobile opt-in data and SMS consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Credit Report Authorization

By checking the credit authorization box and submitting an application, you authorize Alliance and its Finance Partners, including their employees and agents, to obtain and verify information about you — including one or more credit reports and information about your employment, banking, and credit relationships — as they deem necessary to evaluate your application. If your application is approved and credit is granted, you also authorize such parties to obtain additional credit reports in connection with reviewing or servicing the account. Multiple credit reports may be obtained by multiple Finance Partners in the course of processing your application.

Cookies and Session Data

Our website uses cookies to maintain your session while you complete an application — for example, to save your progress between steps and to validate promotional codes, which expire after 24 hours. These cookies are necessary for the website to function. We do not use cookies to store or transmit your personal information over the Internet, and you can configure your browser to reject cookies, although parts of the application process may not work correctly if you do.

Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who applies for credit. When you submit a financing application, your name and residential address — along with your date of birth and Social Security number, if provided — will be used to verify your identity. A Finance Partner may request this information from you before extending credit if you did not provide it in your application. We may also verify the information you provide, or obtain missing contact information, from third-party sources.

Your Choices

  • Marketing emails — you may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send or by contacting us. We may still contact you to facilitate, complete, or confirm a transaction or to respond to your inquiries.
  • Text messages — reply STOP to any text message to opt out.
  • Updating or deleting your information — you may request that we update or delete your information by contacting us using the information below.

Minors

Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and no one under 18 should submit information through our website.

Third-Party Websites
