These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, our vehicle financing application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the website, submitting an application, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Services are available only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and reside in the United States. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Alliance helps consumers obtain vehicle financing by collecting your application information and sharing it, with your consent, with participating lenders, financial institutions, credit unions, and dealers ("Finance Partners"). Submitting an application through the Services is a request for financing, not a guarantee of financing. We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a Finance Partner, that you will receive an offer of credit, or that any offer will carry particular rates or terms. All credit decisions are made by the Finance Partner extending credit, subject to its own underwriting criteria.
Nothing on the website constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Rates, terms, and programs described on the website are subject to change without notice.
You agree that all information you submit through the Services is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will only submit information about yourself (or about another person with that person's express authorization). Submitting false or misleading information in an application for credit may be a violation of federal and state law.
By checking the credit authorization box and submitting an application, you authorize Alliance and its Finance Partners, including their employees, agents, and potential assignees, to obtain and verify information about you — including one or more credit reports and information about your employment, banking, and credit relationships — as they deem necessary to evaluate your application. Multiple credit reports may be obtained by multiple Finance Partners in the course of processing your application.
By submitting your contact information through the Services, you consent to be contacted by Alliance regarding your application and appointment requests by telephone and email at the contact information you provide.
If you opt in to text messaging, you agree to receive text messages from Alliance regarding your application, appointment reminders, and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you may get assistance by replying HELP or by contacting us using the information below. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or receiving financing. As described in our Privacy Policy, mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) submit information about another person without authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems; or (e) copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the website by automated means.
The website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by or licensed to Alliance and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, including those of our Finance Partners. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third-party websites. Your dealings with any Finance Partner — including any financing agreement you enter into — are solely between you and that partner and are governed by that partner's own terms and policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY FINANCING WILL BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLIANCE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DECISION MADE BY A FINANCE PARTNER REGARDING YOUR APPLICATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alliance and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
